Discount Tire

I came straight to this Discount Tire location after a horrible experience at a Costco tire center. Discount Tire was able to get me four new tires, replacement lug bolt kit, and an alignment all within my budget. Costco told me I had to go to a mechanic and come back after I already had to wait 5 days for the new tires I had to order to come in. Discount Tire had four different brands of tires already in stock for me to choose from and they were able to do all the work without requiring me to go somewhere else and come back. My car was done within an hour and a half of arriving here without an appointment. Truly never visiting any other tire center ever again!

I’ve been a customer for years and I’m really disappointed that Discount not only damaged my wheel this badly, but that they tried to hide it under a smear of lube and hope I wouldn’t notice. I know it’s on a Jeep, but my Method wheels were nearly new and undamaged when I dropped it off.

Went to get my tires rotated, said they can't be because of tread. As you can see, there is still over a 1/4 inch of tread. Told me the only way to service them is buy new ones. That's ridiculous! Long time costumer.... never had them try to rip me off before. How unfortunate. Les Schwab doesn't seem to have the same issue Follow up: they sent me a link to provide more information that goes no where

Francisco did a great job as I got credit$ for my previous tires mileage warranty and then saved me a couple hundred getting a non "Michelin" tire that was smooth and quiet. Look foreward to a real test on I-80 west!

Great prices, great people, quality work. Nice environment to wait with Free Wi-Fi, and drinks. I love they repair tires that can be repaired for free. Not 5 just because we all have room for improvement. They are almost there.
